(1). The composition of the prefabricated steel structure workshop:
Column and top beam steel structure workshop
The columns and top beams are usually assembled and welded with hot-rolled H-section steel or steel plate. The manufacturing precision of H-shaped steel made of hot-rolled steel is easy to control. The column welded by steel plate needs to be corrected after assembly and welding, which can prevent the H-shaped steel from deforming due to welding deformation.
Second frame
1. Pur strip: Pur strip is made of C-shaped and Z-shaped steel.
The bars are used to support the roof and wall panels and transfer the load from the roof and wall panels to the main steel frame.
2. Support frame
There are roof support frames and wall support frames. The support is usually made of steel rod, L angle or square tube. The support system is used to stabilize the steel frame.
